The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.

Your handmade jewelry has been fashioned and decided to give you years of wearability and durability but will require some care on your part.

You can care for your new product(s) by:

  • Wash metal\crystal parts using a damp cloth, and if needed mild soap only
  • Do not use any type of cleaner or cleaning chemicals as this may tarnish the finish or cause discoloration
  • Leather parts of your Jewelry may be cleaned with a leather conditioner, and this will also help protect the leather from water damage. DO NOT use water to clean leather parts.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

  • Its left in the sun too long
  • Allowed to get wet (in the case of leather)
  • Use of harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.


Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of your order. Please note, national holidays may extend this timeframe.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items Damaged due to Shipping:

If an item arrived defective or damaged, contact customer support at CS@Artisias.com.

We offer free repair service or exchange\refund of your purchase.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase (Scan and attach)
  • Clear pictures of the item(s) that were damaged. (Please try to get a close, detailed picture so we can assess the extent of the damage)
  • Your contact information

Artisias customer support will contact you within 1 business day to assist you. 


If a refund has been approved, you will need to ship back the items to the address below. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, All refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of items returned. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

All banks have different policies and procedures for processing refunds, and this is out of our control. If you suspect that your refund has been delayed, please first check your bank account again, and even contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CS@Artisias.com and we will assist you.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CS@Artisias.com, and if accepted you will be sent shipping instructions.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly encourage you to consider using a shipping method that had a tracking number. Additionally, you may also want to consider insuring your package against loss during shipping.
